Cancellation Policy
Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will go towards end total! If you cancel within 72hr of your appointment you will be required to make a new deposit if you are planning on rescheduling. ANY cancelations within 24hrs may result in being banned from future appointments, and will result in 50% cancellation fee. Changing major appointment details within the 72 hr window will result in a fee of 50% of the service total. NO-CALL NO SHOW RESULTS IN 100% OF SERVICE TOTAL
